I have tried lots of players for streaming radio. (You may have read that many Sprint users have problems with the reliability of streaming live radio.)

In my experience xPlayer is the most reliable. But it is the most difficult to set up because you have to enter the URL of the stream when you add a new station.

The stream is frequently buried in a playlist file or one sort or another.

I propose that xPlayer users post the URLs streams that work for them so that others can set up their Live Radio more easily.

To add a station, press the key with the blackberry pattern on it and choose "Live Radio." Then press the key again and choose "Create a Station."

Name the station anything you like and assign it a genre. You can use one of xPlayer's existing genres or create your own.

Then enter the URL.

Here are the URLs that work for me. These are all NPR stations, but hang in there- maybe somebody will post your favorite station.

(I've just had to edit this because the posting program insists on modifying the URLs I type. So, I'm going to insert a space between each character so it doesn't recognize the string as a URL. You, of course, leave out the spaces.)
