Shape Services has IM+ for Skype. Their current beta does true VOIP over wifi, but it is only half-duplex (works like a walkie-talkie). All other Skyps apps (iSkoot and the IM+ release) use a local dial-in number to access the network.

Can I use the IM+ for Skype for Blackberry-to-Blackberry calls? How do they get charged?
