No true skype/voip application exists for bb, only "skypeout" type apps that use voice minutes. These should be easy to find using google.

eBay issued a press release promising a BlackBerry Skype client nearly a year ago. We are still waiting.

Shape Services has IM+ for Skype. Their current beta does true VOIP over wifi, but it is only half-duplex (works like a walkie-talkie). All other Skyps apps (iSkoot and the IM+ release) use a local dial-in number to access the network.

I looked at that iskoot and it doesn't list the Tour 9630 as a supported Blackberry. Has anyone used that software on their Tour?
