I installed 1.5 when it came out. It added a Facebook calendar to my Bold and in it I could see all the birthdays of my Facebook friends.

Recently I had to wipe my Bold and reinstall Facebook. I got my Facebook calendar again, but now it's empty. How do I get it to populate / resync?
