I searched but did not find.

I have just found a great app and I want to give a review. I searched App World and not found out how to do this.

In the App World app I click "recommend" and I get Facebook, Email, PIN, SMS text Messenger Contact.

I can do all, but it asks me "To", what goes there?

And does the "subject" be the name displayed for the review?
