I just recently updated my blackberry torch 9800...

When I first got it I was able to hit the back button and if I had the entire screen filled with apps it would minimize down to only one line of apps. If I hit back again this last line of apps would minimize so that the only thing viewable on the screen was a transaparent bar with an arrow and my wallpaper.

Now if I hit back with only one line of apps nothing happens.

How do I get this feature back again?

Not sure you can - could be a quirk of the old OS. You can always touch on the top of the app bar (where it says All) and drag up or down depending on your preference.
