i tried the full screen caller id by toysoft and once it has expired im unable to remove it. now everytime i recieve a call, i get the full screen pic but have in larger red letters ITS EXPIRED! i dont care to have this app anymore and unable to remove through desktop manager and when i go to the icon it asks for register or to purchase which wont allow me to do either. any ideas

On the phone itself, from the Home Screen, go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications.

Then scroll to the application you want to delete and press the Menu button and select Delete.

You may need to restart the phone when you are done.

so it delected the app on the applications list, no longer able to see on desktopo manager but still shows the icon and the pic shows up with it expired still on it, tried replacing the name of the pics but now shows a blank white screen istead of a pic.

Have you tried a battery pull? Take the battery out while the phone is on for about 30 seconds and then put it back in and let the BB do a hard reboot?
