Hello,

I accidentally deleted the app Qobuz from inside the device monitor (thinking it will delete the usage data).
Now it shows still up in amazon's app store as installed, and I can really start and use it. But I have no icon anymore. So I have to go into the app store to open it every time.

The app is of course also in the google play store, there it shows also up as installed, and it wants an update, but this update fails.

I wonder: how can I really delete the app, or how do I get the icon back?

You're probably running the broken Android Runtime, install this Android Runtime update for BlackBerry 10 now available | CrackBerry.com , don't click open when it's installed, reboot the phone and try it again

When you look at Google play store, do you see an Uninstall button?

It works! Thank you very much for your quick response, very much appreciated!

I installed the runtime update, rebooted, went into google play store, uninstalled (this didn't work before) the app, and then re-installed it from the amazon app store, now all is fine.
