BB DM will only add apps already saved on your PC. They coiuld be on your PC by having backed them previously off your BB, or by DL'ing direct to your PC first, which is not always an option.
Visit the App World webstore via your PC's browser. From there you could DL apps to your PC to load with DM.
However that seems like a waste of time to me. If your BBID isn't working properly, it won't matter whether it's via the webstore or the native AW app on your device.
That is a separate issue, and that's where your problem lies.
Does AW work in Dubai? Do you have AW on your BB already?
