Equibase recently came out with a great app for iPhone, a Droid app followed shortly after so hopefully Blackberry is next! They do have a mobile site that is Ok for basic entries, results and changes.

If you happen to live in New York State, NYRA has a pretty cool BB app with live odds and wagering for any track you could want, but you have to have an account to use it.
