so I bought the app awhile ago. maybe 6 months or so. I just upgraded the OS on my BB and now I am back to a trial version.
Anyone know what to do? I can not find my reg code

you should have proof in that backup. just contact support for whoever makes bbsmartalarm and let them know

That is where I was before. I humored myself and rewrote the email. and same thing. It came bounced right back. Such a wonderful app too bad I am gonna lose it. I am not very happy about this.
