Hello,

I'm sorry if this issue has been treated before but I'm sure I did a search.
I have been using my device without any problems until I learnt about the Aerize Card Loader App. I downloaded the .exe file off the Aerize official site, connected my device to my PC via USB Cable and did the installation. Now my device comes up and everything is GONE!!! Just like that!? Every bloody item, Contacts, Installed Apps, Installed Themes, Every single things , Someone's gotta help me Please, I beg. I did a backup the last time I upgraded my OS and I have tried connecting the device to the PC to restore the backup but my PC is not detecting my device! Somebody please help me.
