how do you change your password for the email setup? cause i forgot mine cause i made it a long time ago and now i cant change my email passwords..because i changed my yahoo one by mistake and then i changed it by to its regular password but i cant access my email =\
My guess is you'll have to contact your carrier to change the password or delete the entire bis account so you can set up a new one. That's how it works around here at least.
If I understand correctly, you need to make sure you know the password that you would log into your Yahoo account on your PC. If you don't know it, reset it online. I think it will send the new password to another email account that you have in your Yahoo profile. Once you know the correct password, go into Email settings on your BB and edit your Yahoo account. Put in the same password that works on your PC.
If that doesn't work, call Sprint. But it's always best to try to figure it out yourself before calling them!
You can't even open email settings? You should see a list of your emails. Under each one is a link "Edit" and a link "Delete". You enter your password after you click Edit. If you can't even open that, you will need to call Sprint. Sorry, there goes 45 minutes....

You should see your yahoo account listed. The password is the same one you would use on your computer. If you don't have it, you will need to use a computer to go to yahoo and reset your password.
