Can someone tell me how to contact people who write apps? I have a great playbook idea but I dont have a clue how to write the app. Any response would be great and thanks

There's a lot of devs on here, but tbh I doubt ideas are worth much more than a free copy of the app to most devs - thinking and imagining is easy, developing is much harder.
