Hello All,

I'm on an AT&T 9700 with .405 running.

The past few days, I have been having trouble locking on with the GPS. Anyone else having any issues with their GPS running .405 or any other version for that matter?

I'm wondering if I need to get a new phone. Maybe my GPS is defective?!?

I have all the settings correct.

Device GPS
Location On
Location Aiding

I am outside while trying to lock on also. I didn't have this problem on the original OS that the phone came with.

have you tried a battery pull? My GPS gets a little funny sometimes too.

i have tried several battery pulls. I'm on the east asian version of .405 btw.

I'm going to see if .423 fairs any better.

I was having issues with my GPS. Since I upgraded to 9700/5.0.0.423 the issues have seemed to be resolved.

Funny, I stepped outside this morning and it seems to be working again? Funny... I'm going to upgrade to .423 anyway as I would like the GPS to work when I need it to work.
