    From what I am gathering, Google Voice Dialer is no more. Is there another option everyone is using. I searched the forums and found nothing--given I had surgery on Monday and vicodin is my friend-I am still somewhat coherent and can't find anything. Help! thanks so much Tami

    I just use Google's Google Voice app. It seems to work just fine for me.

    You can also call your Google Voice number, then use the menu option to call out from there.
