Hey guys,
I just got my first blackberry yesterday (verizon curve 8900, USA) and I have 2 questions.
1) When I try to install Google Talk OTA I get this msg: "Error: invalid manifest of application descriptor.
2) I see people talking about wifi, but I have no idea how to turn it on. I don't see a "set up wifi" icon anywhere.
thanks in advance!

There's no way you have the 8900 on Verizon.

Ah, how stupid. Well that would explain it. I have the 8330, which doesn't have wifi, I gather. Also, for whatever reason, I'm no longer getting an error message when I download Google Talk. Weird.

The 8330 doesn't have WiFi. Even if it did, Verizon would likely disable the feature anyway.
