Did you go to advance options and turn the gps to location

Make sure nothing else is using gps at the same time (sprint navi, weather apps, etc). That's what was causing mine to act the same way.

Could the problem with GPS not working with Google Maps lie with the following?

In Google Maps, I chose "Help" --> "About".
I see Version: 3.0.2 (#3037) Web
Platform: BlackBerry-9630_v4_6

Could THIS be the problem? BlackBerry Tours are running on v4.7.1.40 (and not 4.6).

NOTE: BB Maps GPS works fine. All GPS settings enabled. Using new Tour on Canada Telus network.

Google Maps GPS is not currently working in version 3.0.2 or below with the Sprint Tour. We will have to wait for google to release an update which will come soon enough.

Can someone please post the OTA Link for Live Search. A few of us on VZ can't get past the Terms and Conditions screen.
