Webmessenger doesn't work for me it keeps sayin communication error 002 everytime I try and log in anyone know what's wrong with that?

Did you fill in the username/pw fields correctly? They function kind of oddly. You have to erase all the extra info in the username field first (they put 2 lines worth of stuff in there by default). The text that says your PW is actually in the username field

No the info that I'm putting is correct. The problem has to do with the connection but I have service available so I'm pretty clueless in what is going on.
