I know this is what Google Voice is by getting a number people call and it goes to your phone... but i live in canada.. so google voice is not assailable yet..

i'm starting a mini business and i don't want to pay for another phone number/line..

is there an app where you can get a fake number and hook it up to your phone? i know android has an app like this cause i saw it on my friends phone..

SipGate will give you a phone number, at least in the US. I think there's quite a few online places that will give you one.
