I'm running the leaked Version of Slacker for the storm. I'm not sure if this will work with the generic version for blackberry.
what you need to do to get free skips is select a station to listen once it starts playing plug into the headphone jack. BAM song has been skipped for free. plug in plug out. It happens when you plug in so if you want to listen VIA speaker just unplug and the song wont skip.
I know this is just a bug but hopefully this will give slacker more incentive to give us an updated version for the storm that doesn't cut out the last 20 seconds of songs until I will keep my "buggy" Slacker
Seriously, the end-of-song cutoff nearly makes the app not worth the trouble. It's the reason I mostly use the iPhone variant. I do, however, like the ability to cache stations, which the iPhone app doesn't do.
