My carrier is having issues with their website in that the tool that tells you how much bandwidth you have used is broken. I have no idea how much data I am using.

Are there any OS 7-compatible bandwidth trackers that are either free or inexpensive?

I find it pretty convenient that your carrier's program to track bandwidth is "broken". I would check with some consumer protection agency and complain to them. As for your actual question, I don't know.

    what carrier do you have?

If you have Verizon you can download the My Verizon app directly using your Blackberry browser here: http://mobile.vzw.com

With At&t, you can call *DATA# and it will send you a free text with your data usage.

Not sure about the other carriers.
