Has anyone found an app that you can use for running where you can program your own intervals and it will tell you when to run or walk? Endomondo seems to do intervals, but doesn't seem to be programmable.
Endomondo sucks battery.
I use sportypal for quite a while now and still satisfied about it.
With the full version it coaches you. The full version trial is free if i recall correctly
Not sure about programming intervals but I use the Adidas MiCoach app, its brilliant. Coaches you whilst running, shows tracks and routes, calories used, distance and height etc, fully programmable - really, really good for runners.
