I just downloaded and am trying to use Filescout V2.7.0.8 on my storm 9530 OS 5 and when I select unzip to unzip a file I downloaded it dosnt even start the process. I get the infamous never ending clock. I've tried multiple times with the same result. Obviously done multiple battery pulls. I had a previous version of filescout and it did the same thing. No wonder I deleted it in favor of BB notepad and Jad anywhere. Has anybody else experienced this or know of a fix/tweak to rectify it? Lastly does Filescout open rar files? Don't think it does but haven't gotten far enough to check.
It was relatively small. Can't remember exact size but BB notepad unzipped it with no problem. I had previous version of filescout and it did the same thing with unzip process. Using BB notepad I've never had a problem so I know the files not too large.
