I have Curve 9360, FB app doesn't work while on 3G data, but on WiFi works, same case apply on Twitter app and Whatsapp.


how to get them to work on 3G data?

IIRC, WhatsApp works only on BIS, so maybe it's just your FB and Twitter that are not working?

having a BIS doesn't mean you have data.

There are a lot of plans, especially on Bell here in Canada that is called the "social" plan. it gives access to BBM, MSN and yahoo messenger, but none of the other data services.

Are you sure you're not on one of these more limited plaans instead of a normal blackberry data pan?

Possibly get the service books installed again or trying re-installing the OS. This is definitely a problem with your phone setup.
