Bolt (better web browser)
Beyond 411 (local search)
Facebook
Google Maps
Google Sync (get this if you use Google contacts and calendar)
iHeartRadio (radio app...not compatible with Tour yet)
Pandora
Poynt (an alternative to Beyond 411...not fully compatible with Tour yet)
Scoremobile (best sports app)
Ubertwitter (best twitter app until you can get SocialScope Lite)
Viigo (rss aggregator)
Vymail (free alternative to Verizon's visual voicemail; requires you to sign up for the free Youmail service)

Pay apps
Autostandby (significantly improves battery life if you don't use the included holster)
Ascendo Datavault (better password app)
Beejive (best chat app)
BerryWeather (best weather app, but it is $10)
Beyond 160 (allows sms with more than 160 characters)
