Does anybody here knows how to transfer a purchased license over to a new blackberry smartphone?

Knowing where ou bought it would be quite helpful. Normally you would contact the store. App World will transfer when you log in on the new phone via BBID.

uhm well i bought it when i downloaded the free trial..and then when i switched to my other phone using the same blackberry account its not in there...there a button that say Transfer license but it basically just direct you to the website and theres nothing in there that transfer you license...its a really weird app. Its nice, very functional but when it comes to supports etc its hopeless.
