From what I've been told the issue is being worked on. I cannot confirm whether it is a FB issue or BB issue. Right now the workaround is to use WiFi. For some reason the mobile network connection to FB isn't working as expected.

Been getting the same error since last night, it only works on wifi. And it's not a problem with the update cause i haven't updated yet to the last version and it doesn't work either

Error 2001. It worked for me at home (w/ WiFi) at 7:30 this morning, but hasn't since.

On AT&T here in the US, and it's not working for me yet. I don't have wifi, but the facebook page through the browser works without a hitch.

Error codes between 2001 and 3799 are often not BlackBerry application errors and are Facebook server errors.

Yupp, I got same error refreshing news feed when on mobile network. But it still let's me send messages and upload stuff.

But I'm like everyone else, when on wifi no more error. Glad it not just me as I was going to reload the os lol.

both mine, 9810 and my fiance's. 9900, were down with the same error. i barly check FB so i didnt really notice. i finally get on here to check it out and its up and running again on both of ours LOL. as was posted above it looks to be a FB error not a BB error.
