I tried to download the facebook app for my tour, and in app world it says it was installed but it isnt in my downloads folder. Please help

Have you checked to make sure that it is not hidden? Occasionally when installing new apps, they will download and not be visible. Try the "Show All" and see if you can locate it. Also check you Applications folder.

i've tried that, it is in the applications folder but when i press it the only option i get is to insstall it which i have done repeatedly

You may need to delete from the application list, reboot the device, download again, do another reboot and see if that corrects the issue.

MyFaceBook usually ends up in the Social Networking Folder.
