Have not been able to upload some photos I took with my curve 8330M to facebook all day, anyone else experiencing this?

ur not the only one...I even uninstalled and reinstalled and re-setup the FB app and it's still not working. Has not worked for the past 4 days for me.

The app UI is so chunky and slow - esp for the 8330(m). I really only install it so i can upload photos...otherwise i just use browser to navigate FB.

Having the same problem... glad to know I'm not the only one. Uploading photos yesterday evening, one of the 3 went through. I still think there's a problem with the outage.

I've had the same problem! Its been about 5 or 6 days now. I really can't figure out what the problem is since I can access and post from the fb app.

Had same issue with my 8310. Here's what fixed the issue for me. Click Camera/Menu (paw)/Options/Picture Size/select Small (640 x 480). After this I was able to upload photos to FB v1.7 from the Blackberry App.

I was having the same problem, I changed my picture quality from superfine, to normal and it fixed the problem. My picture size is set at medium too.

so basically we have to take our photos at a lower resolution in order for the app to send it out? doesn't it already "resizing photo" before we upload it? i say app fail.

I agree with the app fail. I've tried all of these suggestions, and maybe one out of 5 or 6 will upload, no matter what setting I have on the camera or facebook or anywhere.

Me and 3 other friends have the same phone on the Sprint Network and have the same result. Since the last two updates we have intermittently been able to upload photos and with the last Facebook security change profile pics are showing up sometimes as broken. I like seeing this app's rating dropping on Blackberry App World. This was one of the main reasons we all got this phone and it's failing miserably.

Yep, I've had issues with the pic uploads being very touchy... I just got in the habit of sending pics via mms. Works like a charm!

Same problem here. I uploaded some photo's to FAcebook yesterday, and out of those only about 1/3 went through. Now I can't get any to go. Facebook sucks at the moment!! (_!_)

i found a fix for the problem with uploading pictures from blackberry to facebook.. i have bbcurve
i downloaded the 1.7 version and pictures never uploaded, so i downgraded to the 1.5 and it works perfectly, uploads pictures in seconds and it doesnt matter the quality of pics

I ve had the same problem. It worked twice with my 8330 but has not worked since! its very annoying to keep calling sprint for them to keep troubleshooting my phone...
