I'm trying to do some mobile uploads of photos but it tells me that a connection cannot be made to the Facebook server. I'm at home with my wifi trying it. Any other way to do this?

You can get newest version 1.7 (just released on the weekend) from blackberry.com/facebook. Hope it fixes your problem

I downloaded V1.7 on the weekend but sometimes I can not even sign in and when I do it says the page has expired and kicks me out. Any ideas of what might be happening?

I downloaded it and now I can't even connect to Facebook.

I couldn't get fb 1.7 to connect, either. Then I noticed on the fb update page that v1.7 requires BIS. Now I can't find a way to downgrade to v 1.6. So I guess I'm now SOL.

go into options, advanced options, "applications" and highlight Facebook. Click on your menu button, "edit Permissions" set "connections" "Interactions" and "User data" to "allow". I had the same problem, this fixed it.

I have same problem intermittantly and also can't click on whatever updates I get in mail folder or in facebook prgram.
