Alright, sorry if this has been asked before but I've searched around and could not find anything.

For some reason when I use the Facebook app with my microSD card in my phone, everything loads agonizingly slow and it slows the whole phone down. When I remove my memory card and try the Facebook app, it acts like normal. Why is this, and is there some way to get around it without having to remove my memory card every time I want to Facebook on the go?

    I have a 16GB microSD card and a Bold 9700 running 5.0.0.743 and Facebook 1.7.0.22.

    Thank you!

Are you serious? THIS is why my facebook app is slow? I'll have to test this out. It could be that the app is trying to back itself (and/or its contents) up onto the sd card.

I have noticed that Facebook buts a directory on the SD card, and it puts a file that I assume is something like a page file. It can get real big if you're checking out a friend's photo album.

I have to say that I haven't noticed FB running any slower now than it did before I got the SD card only a few months ago. It's dog slow on my 8100 Pearl, and always was.

Yea it's really strange, it's even when loading up the regular stream of status updates.
