    Facebook *always* shows that I have new notifications, and even after I go check them out, the red LED continues to blink and FB continues to show that I have new notifications, even when I don't. Is there any way to mark everything as read? It's driving me nuts.

    Did you try a hard reset otherwise known as a battery pull?

    I had the same, only with regular message notifications. After a battery pull and 30 second wait until I put it back in, the indicator went away.

    Yes, and that does work but that's a total pain in the **** to have to do all the time.

    Who said anything about all the time? You should have to do it more than once in a long while, if not ONLY once.

    Is this happening every day? Maybe uninstall FB, do a battery pull, then re-install it.

    I've had my BB for 10 days now and I have had to do it 4 times already. I consider that pretty frequent.
