I did this before and now I can't do it again, can someone tell me how to make it so my contacts merge with my friends on facebook?

Open the Facebook App. Menu > Options > Blackberry Contacts application. Make sure the box next to it has a check mark in it.

It also may take a little while for the contacts to actually sync with the app.

Also, in the FB application, you can pull up your friends list and manually sync them with a contact entry in your Address Book.
