So here's the deal, Facebook has decided that I need to celebrate the birthday of everyone on my friends list. It continues to add them to my blackberry calendar, below are the steps I've taken to correct this over the preceding months all with limited success

Facebook app does not and has never had the use Facebook calendar option checked
Uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook app ensuring this
Cleared Facebook cache
Deleted Facebook cical
This option is moderately effective combined with wipe of all system calendars. Solution is fixed for about 2 days at which time the Facebook cical magically reappears and the birthdays also reappear and under default services the default calendar is Facebook (no option for google) yet the default messages is my gmail account
No the birthdays in question are not stored in my blackberry contact entry for that person, they are truly coming from Facebook and under calendars it adds a Facebook system calendar.

Has anyone else had this problem? Please help, I'm ready to throw this phone out lol
