I am using BlackBerry Curve 8520 AE_Hybrid_V294. I am currently using Facebook 1.6 (still) because whenever i update the facebook to a new one. It gives me this error when i try to connect. Count not connect because a data service is not available. Please try again later. If this continues, copntact your service provider.

I try to contact them and they say the PTA has blocked, that is the authority, but its obviously not the thing cause or else i couldnt use the older one as well. Please, im sure there would be a fix or crack to it.

P.S: I couldnt use facebook 1.6 either if i dont use a hybrid.
I would say 1.6 probably uses a different method to connect, so it is entirely possible that they government has blocked the most recent connection and is not aware of the older port.
