Yesterday my facebook app uninstalled itself from my bb. I looked on appworld and it said uninstalled.

So i tried to reinstall it and it says i have version 1.8 and i need to overwrite it with 2.0. So i hit yes, but then it refuses to install it saying

"blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to the blackberry app server verify your network connections and try again"

I have no problems installing any other apps. I need help! lol

Maybe you can try this. Go to Options->Device-> Application Management. Then look for Facebook apps and delete it. Then try install the v2.0 from the App World again.

Hi mate,

I tried this but nothing is showing in application management, it just says no applications.

I also went onto modules and found it in there, but it wouldn't let me delete it.
