I was able to take a picture and then blackberry button share it and there was facebook, messenger, and email option. I lost the facebook option. It happened once before and I unistalled facebook then reinstalled it and it worked for a while again till tonight. Really sucks cause it always wants a reboot or 2 I am running OS 5 .975
Also my son has a 9700 on his menu option he also has a send to SMS option. I have never had that that I can remember, maybe his OS is different.
It is a FB app issue. I had the same problem with the option just disappearing and would have to do a battery pull and the option would appear again. There are just way too many bugs with version 1.9 of the app. RIM needs to fix these issues and soon I hope.
