So is there a version of facebook that doesn't cause a memory leak? I think I've heard that v1.6 is better than v1.7, anyone know if that's true?

I have used both.
And I never had a problem with a memory leak.....
The Tour has enough memory as it is for me. I don't even worry about "memory leaks" and just let it be as it be!

I've never had a problem with memory leaking with the tour. I would check to see if you have another app that is causing the memory to leak.

Agreed. I've also never noticed a problem with Facebook's app.
