They need to do something, they can't use the twitter app as an excuse because it's pretty much finished. They sent me a survey for the supposed end to testing.

I have IM+ and it works great with Facebook chat. I know it would be better to have the app free through Facebook but for now I love having IM+. Besides I can chat with everyone from all the different IM programs in one place.

they are doing a re-design on the fb app, now if that means 2.0 im not sure, but it will be tweaked at least

The iPhone app is so much smoother and just works (when the network is working). With my old iPod Touch and iPhone, I found myself using that app for Facebook more than my BB.
