Has anyone tried this out yet?? Is it a actual leak of 1.5 Official? Or is it a Beta?? I really want to install this but I am a littlw worried. I read somewhere that it contacts everyone in ur friends list and requests phone numbers. Maybe I just wait for the official and DL it OTA

ive installed it and so have many others without issue, follow the link via the blog. it doesn't request phone numbers of all your contacts. what it does is when you choose to 'link fb contact' to that contact in your address book it sends them a request for their phone number. a completely stupid not very well thought out feature imho, considering there actually is another option called 'request number'. maybe it is a bug of this leaked version. guess we will have to wait and see.

Did it no problems. It's awesome! I love the contact sync. My events aren't syncing though.. Anyone else have this issue?

I installed it. I agree with kasw3670 that really annoyed me when I saw that it did that without asking.

@sms748 I haven't really tried it out yet. I see all of my contacts birthdays show up but I haven't seen anything else.

I installed it, I noticed that when somebody sends me a post on my wall it doesn't open up in the application

I don't like the option where when somebody posts on ur wall an alert goes to ur msg box so I turned that off

just did the 'link to contact' with my girlfriends profile. the annoying phone request is not that bad as it just goes to general notifications not the friends pm box.

Seems to be working fine. Seems a bit lame considering how much hype was surrounding this version. Mediocre enhancements in my opinion.
