- Log into your BIS account, that I will assume is set to your device's PIN, and push the service books for your device. The BIS account/website is provided by your carrier, and would have the proper service books.
If your device's PIN is not registered to your BIS account, then yse the device switch link, and set your BIS account to your torch.
If you do not have a BIS account, then that's your issue. You will need a blackberry specific data plan, and you carrier can help you set up a new BIS accountm..

Browser - "unable to connect to internet"
When i try to setup my email it says "the application has encountered an error and cannot continue"..
Just thought it was weird since my BBM, appworld, pandora, gtalk were working. You should immediatey receive a message saying that your handset has been registered with the network.

- If you can't acces your BIS account, then chances are that is the issue.... Fix your BIS account, and register your device (pin) to your account....... Up at the top of the screen next to signal/3g/ wifi, if you do not have the 4 dots (bb logo) then BIS is the issue.....

Do you have either a 3G+BB symbol or and EDGE (uppercase) displayed on the Home screen.
Can you access the internet via the browser.
To delete the old Service Books, go to Options, Device, Advanced System Settings, Service Books, select each unwanted Service Book manually and delete it via the Menu key.

- Guys, please help me with my Facebook problem. I can't log in to FB and it gives me an error, "We cannot reach the Facebook server at this time. Please try again later . (100)" What can I do to fix this problem?
I can access Twitter using BIS tho :>
