Hi, I have a question. I just received my TOUR and I love it. But my App Center, won't load and has an error 404 message. I was thinking of updating my Tour to 5.0 tonight, is the error message something to worry about? Or can I proceed with the update. Thanks
I have have been through two Tours in the past two weeks and both of them had Error 404 come up in the app center section. I was told by someone to do a restore on the phone and that will Re-download the OS and other things. I did that and it was NOT a fix. my phone continued to drop the error.
As I posted above, my App center did not work on my Tour. I had a problem with my phone and I went through a process with customer service. In the end, they did a "hard reset" from their end to my phone.
In checking my phone after, I checked my App Center, I noted that everything was there and it was working. You may give this a try and see if it works for you.
