    Default Error 102 and not able to load OS through App Loader

    Error 102 is showing on d screen.
    Tried to solve the problem according to the blacberry's solution available on the site but nothing happens.
    I am not a BIS user,i used my fone over Wi-Fi.
    Tried to load the OS7.1 which was downloaded from Telenor Norway carrier and i have Device Software 6.1.38 intalled on my system.
    please help me out .

    Uninstall the desktop manager, reboot your PC, download the latest version of desktop, install, delete any old version of the phone software, reboot your PC again, now you should be good to go.

    FYI, 7.0.0.43 is the latest version of desktop manager.
