I am trying to edit a MS Word document that has been emailed to me, and it just says �retrieving attachment information� or �file is not ready yet, please try again in a moment�



I have tried a battery pull, and nothing seems to work.

Any help gratefully received.

If it says that the file is not ready yet, then go to the menu on your BB and "view attachment" its your BB not yet finished downloading the file. eoffice will give you several choices to view or edit once the file has been downloaded.
