I've combined all of my BIS emails into one folder and am using the Empower app. Does anybody know how to enable the "notification star" that should pop up next to that folder whenever any one of those email accounts gets a new email?

You can set the alerts for BESMailbox under Home Screen > Sound Profiles > Advanced > Edit (Menu Item) according to your choice. Reboot your device and check if you start to receive notifications.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue or know of a fix/setting I can use. The separated BES mailbox icon in the menu receives and displays a notifier icon when a new message is received. However the �same� BES mailbox icon on my homepage does not display the notification icon?
The two images were taken within a second of each other and you can see a notification on one and not the other�
