Yeah, I think you should just use the Calendar Ap; it's already on the berry, so no need to search and download any third party software. You can also use the Tasks application and set an alert for a specific event if you'd like to be notified.

Just thinking -- have you tried one of the web-based solutions? We're currently looking at Leavebooker.com as our favourite option. The Replicon solution is pricier and in my opinion more difficult to use.
My firm is currently only considering BBs, I haven't checked yet whether these solutions work, but it's something we'll need to do before choosing either solution.
