OMG, I bought and installed Memory up and the Network. Froze my phone as soon as I installed. I have gone round and round with customer service explaining what these programs are doing, they don't seem to address the freezing up issue. They keep suggesting that I re-enter the registration code but touch screen but in these programs it freezed up too. I've asked more times than a customer should for a refund and they keep coming back with more suggestions to make the programs, that I clearly don't want anymore, work.
