just got a new 9780 and tryin to set up my email accounts but i keep getting this "your devices has encountered a problem with this applications server select ok to repeat and still nothing thats with my gmail account with my yahoo it says an error was encountered when sending the activation transmission" what pisses me off is this phone is less than a week old so it should be having no errors what so ever pls help!!!!!!

yeah i had the same problem earlier but my phone was just a couple months old, um heres the link for the newest email set up TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK lol just saying Email Setup Application v7.11.0629.1702 [OS6+] - Downloads - BBH-Plus Forums visit it on your phone and click download.

You may want to try re-downloading the Email Set-Up App. Try this thread for help:
