    Have you tried Google Maps?

Go to Google Maps using your phone.

    And click on 'Install Now'...

It should be installed on your phone. But if not, you can go to BlackBerry - BlackBerry Maps Download and install it from there.

I had to install BB Maps because of SmrtGuard.

Best way to go about it is using loader.exe and selecting it from the list of stuff the OS has.

I think BlackBerry Maps will work on any BB as long as it has v4.1+ OS, and BIS.

FYI, BlackBerry Maps' icon should look like this:

    Check your 'Downloads' folder.

What do you mean by "NOT WORKING?" Does it give you any error? It doesn't open? Please, be more specific.

Also, just curious, do you have BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service)?

You really didn't see this did you?

I was in the very same situation 2 nights ago. Only thing that worked was loader.exe.

BBMaps can't be downloaded OTA. It's included in the OS. The OTA link given above is for obsolete OS versions. If you aren't seeing BBMaps when you run loader.exe, then you probably don't have your OS installed on your PC. You have to do that before loader can install components of it. Download your OS from T-Mobile to your PC. The download is an exe. Double-click the exe file to install your OS. Then run loader.exe.

first, check out your application to see if the BB Maps installed. if it is but you can't see on screen, then the problem could be on your carier. To see your map, you have to use BIS with browser services or full services.
