I'm looking for a calculator that will show all the numbers in a string of calculation..

For example, if I want to add a bunch of numbers together to get one grand sum:

    34 + 74 + 65 + 42 + 65 - 15 - 32 <---- I want the screen to show the whole string of numbers that you can edit/change before you press enter to get the answer.

    The stock calculator you have to press "34" "+" "74" "=" 108 "+" "65" etc etc

Anyone know of anything like that? OR maybe an app developer can make one?

    Thanks!

I'm looking for a calculator that can do a string of calculations instead of only of calculation at a time.

    Example:

    34 + 74 + 65 + 42 + 65 - 15 = 265

Anyone know of anything like that? OR maybe an app developer can make one?

    Thanks!
I'm a bit of a dullard, so I don't know much about these calculatin' device thingys...but maybe you'll find something here?

The built in calculator does that.

I guess I should been more clear in the first post.

What I mean is for the screen to actually show:

    "34 + 74 + 65 + 42 + 65 - 15" on the screen that you can change edit before you press enter.

    Instead of the stock calc that will do "34 + 74" = "108" "+" "65" etc etc.

Thanks but I already tried looking at a lot of the 3rd party calculators, can't find what I'm looking for. Was hoping maybe I skipped one or maybe this will put the idea in someones mind.

Ah, that makes more sense. You're looking for something like those big @$$ calculators our new engineering grads bring with them to work. They've got a multi-line screen where you can edit equations.

I use an RPN calculator at work which allows for complex equations (but not editing). I also use one on my iPod and had one on my PDA.

A scientific calculator would do this.

On sale for $6.99 in the CB App Store through today. Tried a promo code, but it would only take the one discount.

Just do it in excel (or Sheets to Go in this case) put the values in their own cells with a sum at the end.
